Man stands trial for killing 2 Taiwanese bosses
Adjust font size:

A worker in south China's Guangdong Province stood trial on Monday for killing two of his bosses and seriously injuring another one, said local authorities.

Liu Hanhuang, 26, worked in the Zhanming Hardware Products Co. Ltd. in Dongguan city of Guangdong. He was injured by a machine tool on September 28 last year and had his right hand amputated as a result.

He then sued the company after a dispute over the compensation.

On June 15 this year, Liu quarreled with three vice general managers of the company, before he stabbed them with a knife. Two of the managers, both Taiwanese, died.

The Intermediate People's Court of Dongguan did not give a verdict immediately after the trial, citing further investigation.
