Bao XiShun, the world's tallest man, stretches one of his arms to retrieve plastic from the stomach from a sick dolphin as workers hold back the jaws of the dolphin so Bao could reach inside the animal without being bitten at an aquarium in Fushun, China's northern Liaoning Province December 13. Bao, whose arms measure more than a meter in length, was called in by the aquarium after experts failed to surgically remove unidentified objects from the stomachs of two dolphins.
