A staff member from a time-honored cake shop shows how to make "Mabing", or sesame cakes, a local snack in Quzhou, a city in east China's Zhejiang province, during a tea party held in the capital city Hangzhou on Thursday, April 10, 2008. The Shao Yongfeng cake shop uses a series of unique procedures to make its special sesame cakes, which have been listed on the intangible culture heritage list for Zhejiang Province.
