Fifteen couples from east China's Jiangsu Province will embark on their honeymoon in Taiwan on Friday, after a group wedding ceremony held on a subway train in the provincial capital of Nanjing Wednesday.

During the honeymoon from May 15th to 20th, the newlyweds will have their wedding photos shot in Kaohsiung City in Taiwan on the coming Monday. Leaders of Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation will attend the wedding ceremony.

The cross-Straits group weddings were jointly organized by Nanjing Metro Corporation and Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation.

Two days ago, passengers who set out on the subway train from Maigaoqiao at around 11:00 a.m. had the chance to see these happy couples distributing wedding candies on the train.
