A total of 14,981 cotton tents, 6,000 cotton clothes and 12,300 cotton quilts have arrived in the quake-hit Yushu in northwest Qinghai Province as of Saturday evening, according to China's Ministry of Civil Affairs.

Other relief supplies including 250 tonnes of instant food have also reached Yushu. More relief materials are expected to arrive within Saturday, according to the ministry.
