The All China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) said Saturday the country's trade unions at all levels had donated more than 15 million yuan (2.2 million U.S. dollars) for the northwest quake-hit Qinghai Province.

The funds were to support those in the quake zone who had got disabled, lost relatives or had living difficulties as a result of the quake.
