Longest sand sculpture group along Shangdong's coastline

Artists are making sand sculptures in Nanhai New Area in Wendeng City, Shandong Province. In order to promote local tourism and economic development, 107 sand sculptures that will occupy a length of 2,500 meters will serve as a new tourist attraction in the area. As the longest sand sculpture group ever seen along China's coastline, they are set to meet visitors ahead of the May Day holiday. [Xinhua /Guo Xulei]
