Dezhou GDP exceeds 180b yuan in first 3 quarters

In the first three quarters of 2013, GDP of Dezhou City, Shandong Province, reached 181.858 billion yuan, increasing by 15.674 billion yuan compared to last year, and representing a year-on year rise of 15 percent. The GDP now ranks fourth in the province.

The added value of the primary industry came to 18.549 billion yuan, an increase of 3.2 percent; the secondary industry reached 101.469 billion yuan, an increase of 13.3 percent; and the tertiary industry achieved 61.84 billion yuan, an increase of 9.4 percent. Compared to last year's numbers, the primary industry decreased by 0.3 percent; the secondary industry dropped by 0.1 percent; while the tertiary industry rose by 0.4 percent.

In the first three quarters, tax revenue came to 15.177 billion yuan, accounting for 8.3 percent of GDP, up by 1.2 percent; local financial revenue reached 11.294 billion yuan, accounting for 6.2 percent of GDP, up by 0.9 percent.
