Shandong News Broadcast stated that the 10th China Art Festival was the first national feast of culture and art after the 18th National Congress of the CPC. It turned the preparatory process into a cultural program which benefited the people and meant an exclamation point in the history of China’s art festivals.

With the help of this festival, 53 performance venues were built and rebuilt across Shandong Province. The 10th China Art Festival has had a great impact on different aspects or urban life as well. For example, the Shandong Provincial Capital Culture and Art Theater will usher in the Chinese version of “Cats,” which ranks first among its four musicals. In addition, “New Year Performance Season” will also start soon and more than 60 performances such as musical dramas, ballets and children’s dramas will be shown.

What the 10th China Art Festival brought us included not only the exchange between different cities and the promotion of industries, but also the improvement of people’s civil qualities and the cultural qualities of the city.

The 10th China Art Festival has now drawn to a close, but Shandong will continue to make solid progress in strengthening the overall province through culture.
