The Weifang Software Park in Weifang City, Shandong Province, was recently recognized as a software industrial base of the national Torch Program by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

It is the third one in the province being included in the program following Qilu Software Park and Qingdao Software Park, which means its reaching a new level in service environment, industry clustering, technological innovation, and transfer of scientific and technological achievements.

At present, the number of enterprises in the park totals more than 200, among which 40 are high and new technological enterprises.
