Reform is one of the hottest topics at this year's Two Sessions. Deputies of Shandong Province mostly discussed the reforms on their train trip from Shandong to Beijing on March 2.

"Deepening reforms is the trend," Zhang Shuping, mayor of Zaozhuang City said, " Zaozhuang City is taking rural reforms in accordance with requirements of the Third Plenary Session of 18th CPC Central Committee. So we are the pioneers as well as the beneficiaries."

As one of the 18 rural reform "testing fields," Zhang Shuping is proud of three breakthroughs made by the City. Firstly, Zaozhuang is taking the lead in terms of land approval, registration and award certificate. Secondly, it established a rural property rights trading market. Finally, it has formed land transfer and scale operation.

State-owned enterprise reform is one of the hot issues among the various other reform issues. Faced with the industry entering "winter", Zhao Suhua from Shandong Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. said, the company will turn loss into gain through reform.

Female deputy Chen Xueping is looking forward to the reform of the people's livelihood. "I'm the representative of the farmers and workers, so I have to speak for them," Chen said. She hoped the government could offer more policies on migrant workers' social security and school enrollment for their children.
