Donations to quake zone hit 10.834 bln yuan

China has received 10.834 billion yuan (1.55 billion U.S. dollars) in cash and goods for earthquake relief from donors at home and abroad as of 1 p.m. Monday, according to the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

These include 8.927 billion yuan in cash and 1.909 billion yuan worth of relief materials, the ministry said.
