Donations to quake-hit regions rise to 26.1 bln yuan

As of Saturday noon, donations from home and abroad to China's quake-hit regions had reached 26.1 billion yuan (3.73 billion US dollars), according to the Information Office of State Council.

Out of the figure, 3.68 billion yuan had been forwarded to the earthquake-affected areas, the office said.
