Egyptian aid materials arrive in China's quake-hit area

Two charter flights carrying the first batch of quake-relief supplies from Egypt arrived in Chengdu, capital of China's quake-hit Sichuan Province, on early Saturday morning.

Another two charter flights will transfer the second batch of relief materials to Chengdu on Sunday.

These relief supplies, weighing 50 tons, include 200 tents, 3,000 blankets, medicines and milk powder.
