花馍,又叫面花、礼馍,是流行在关中地区广大农村的一种民间传统风俗礼馍,以加工精巧、内容丰富、造型生动、寓意深长而著称,被誉为蒸出来的“可以食用的民间艺术品”。[中国网图片库 彭华 摄]
