著名语言学家、国家语言文字工作委员会原研究员周有光，于１月１４日３时３０分在北京家中逝世，享年１１２岁。

周有光１９０６年１月生于江苏常州，１９４９年９月参加革命，早年研究经济学，１９５５年起专职从事语言文字研究。
