People are unlikely to contract the virus via the contaminated clothing. Thus, you don't have to disinfect your clothing unless you have visited patients in the hospital or had close contacts with people showing suspicious symptoms.

病毒通过污染衣物来感染人的几率是极低的。如果不是去过特定场所，如去医院探视过病人或接触过可疑症状的人，不需要对衣服进行专门消毒。
