Wall Collapse Kills Four, Injures Four in Hebei

Four workers were killed and four others injured when a brick boundary wall collapsed at a north China construction site, local police said on Friday.

The tragedy occurred at around 5:00 PM Thursday when the wall collapsed during strong winds in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, burying the eight workers, said police.

Four workers died at the scene, while the injured were being treated in hospital and were described as being out of danger, police said.

Investigations into the accident are continuing.
