China's First Slideway Car Goes into Service
Adjust font size:

Through a vacant trial test for almost five months, China's first modern slideway car system formerly went into service in the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA).

This modern slideway car project has the both traffic advantages of buses and the light track traffic, with the use of the system and rolling stocks developed by the French Laoer firm. Conserving energy and protecting environment and with low noises, it is pollution-free and represents one of the most sophisticated public traffic networks around the world.

This sort of slideway car began spreading and hitting Europe to date, and it has been introduced to China for the first time.
