Six Missing, Five Rescued After Ship Sinks off E China

Six people are missing and five have been rescued after a cargo ship sank near the mouth of the Yangtze River, rescue sources said on Monday.

The vessel "Zhedai 74219", carrying a load of stone, sank around 11:00 PM Sunday after its engine failed while en route from Daishan, Zhejiang Province to Qidong, Jiangsu Province, according to authorities in Zhoushan, Zhejiang.

Rescue workers are still searching for the missing sailors.
