Donald Tsang Yam-kuen waved to his supporters after his win in the election. He won more than 80 percent of the ballots in the election of the third-term chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on March 25 and was officially appointed by Premier Wen Jiabao on April 2, 2007.
