Born in Sichuan Province on December 1st, 1886 and passed away in Beijing on July 6, 1976.

Zhu De was conferred the military rank of marshal in 1955.

Chairman Mao Zedong conferred the first class August 1st Medal and first class Medal of Independence and Freedom, fist class Medal of Liberation to Marshal Zhu De.

Zhu De and Peng Dehuai were listening to the order read out by Peng Zhen at Huairentang.
