Tsang made the remarks during his visit to Guizhou University where he talked with students about his experience of attending the 14th Economic Leaders' Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) which concluded on November 19 in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The chief executive attributed China's strong development momentum to the country's rich human resources and encouraged students in Guizhou University to study and work in Hong Kong in the future.

Tsang introduced experts and professional trainers from Hong Kong to the top management of Guizhou University hoping that the two would find cooperative opportunities in professional training.

Leading a 150-member delegation of government officials and local business leaders the chief executive arrived in Guiyang, capital of southwest China's Guizhou Province on Tuesday, beginning a two-day study tour in the province.

This is the third time the chief executive has led a business delegation to the Pan-Pearl River Delta region following visits to Guangxi and Hunan earlier this year.

During his visit to the province Tsang attended the Hong Kong-Guizhou Business Cooperation Symposium and the Hong Kong-Guizhou Tourism Seminar.
