NPC:
-- The Fifth Session of the Ninth NPC to hold its fourth plenary meeting in the morning to listen to work reports of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate;
-- Governor Dai Xianglong of the People's Bank of China to meet the press in the afternoon.
CPPCC:
-- CPPCC members to attend the NPC plenary session as non-voting delegates in the morning;
