			Zhang Fusen

Zhang Fusen, a native of Beijing, was born in 1940.

He graduated from Automatic Control Department of the Tsinghua University in 1965.

Currently Zhang serves as secretary of the Leading Party Group in the Ministry of Justice. He was once appointed as vice Minister of Justice and deputy secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee.

Zhang Fusen was appointed as the Justice Minister on December 28, 2000.

He was reappointed as the Justice Minister in March, 2003.
