The first batch of 10 vocational education centers were opened in Shanghai last Friday to offer hands-on training opportunity for local technicians, the Shanghai Education Commission reported.

 

The training centers are all local polytechnics' teaching labs in hair dressing and image designing, baking and digital machine control.
