The National Educational Examination Authority resumed online registration services for the Test of English as a Foreign Language yesterday after the service was cut off due to data communication problems caused by the broken fiber optic cables in the Taiwan earthquake last week.

The January 13 and 14 TOEFL tests are on schedule, officials said.
