A Belgian student (L2) consults some Chinese staff members about studying in China, in Brussels, capital of Belgium, on March 21, 2007. The Chinese Government Scholarship Program -- EU Window started Wednesday in Brussels. According to this program, every year 100 students from the EU countries would be sent to study in China and get a full scholarship from the Chinese government.
