Gaokao Examination Papers Under Security
Adjust font size:

An armed policeman stands guard as others remove boxes of examination papers for the upcoming National College Entrance Examination, or gaokao, into a test center in Beijing, June 5, 2007. Chinese education authorities have taken a set of measures to clean up the exam environment, including requiring test-takers to sign written pledges and increasing security checks at exam venues. But still cheating is on the rise. In last year's national college exam, about 3,000 students were caught cheating, China Daily reported last week.
