Adjust font size:

More than 300 students from an elementary school in Linchuan, Jiangxi Province, who have been attending classes at a rented residential house for six years, have finally found their way to their new school.

School children smile as they begin classes in their new school building that was put into use in Linchuan, east China's Jiangxi Province, on Tuesday, August 28, 2007.

Jiangnan City Daily reported Wednesday the new school was built thanks to a 200,000 yuan investment from Hong Kong's Lei Shing Hong Ltd., plus another 100,000 yuan from a provincial transportation company.

The school was renamed Lei Shing Hong Hope School.
