The China International Education Exhibition Tour will take place at the InterContinental Shenzhen on Saturday and Sunday.

Approved by the Ministry of Education, the annual exhibition tour, scheduled to last from 1 PM to 6 PM Saturday and Sunday, will feature more than 80 institutions of higher learning from 11 countries and regions including Germany, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland and Hong Kong.

Representatives from these institutions will present many study opportunities for Chinese students. On-the-spot interviews will also be conducted during the exhibition and qualified applicants can expect to receive an admission notice at the exhibition.

The exhibition tour is aimed at providing a face-to-face exchange platform for Chinese citizens who plan to study abroad, said Wu Zaofeng, vice secretary general of the China Education Association for International Exchange.

The tour has taken the exhibitors to Beijing, Qingdao, Wuhan, Shanghai, Xi'an and Chengdu over the past two weeks.
