The annual Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant, run by Hong Kong-based Phoenix Satellite TV since 2003, concluded on October 28, 2006. Huang Chengzi was crowned the new Miss China. The other two beauties in the Top 3 were Liu Zijiao and Qiu Ye. They survived an entertaining competition with 9 other gorgeous finalists.
