Stefanie Sun's New Album Sells Big
Adjust font size:

With two years since her last album was released, Singaporean singer Stefanie Sun's new album Against the Light is selling well, with a record 500 thousand copies sold in a week on the mainland.

Stefanie arrived in Beijing on Monday to attend a press conference promoting her new album. Wearing a silver mini-skirt, the singer was dazzling in both appearance and personality.

During an interview afterwards, Stefanie commented on the crazy fan of Andy Lau who led to her family's demise, saying "That fan's obsessive actions are not OK. Fans should focus on studying and not make their parents worry."

When asked about her agency hyping her kidnapping in Egypt, Stefanie said she didn't want to talk about the past.

Stephanie's agency, the EMI group, said it has cooperated with nine other companies, including China Mobile, Motorola, Sohu, Tom and Baidu, to promote the new album, adding it is confident it will hit one million in sales.
