Government Briefing and Spokesperson System
Initiated in 1993, the Chinese government's news briefing and spokesperson system has basically been established at the central, provincial and city government levels. State Council Information Office (SCIO) Minister Zhao Qizheng talks about the system and its future in an interview with China.org.cn.
