The quadruplets born in Shanghai celebrate their first International Children's Day by visiting the city's Oriental Pearl TV Tower yesterday. Born on January 11, the two boys and two girls from a Jiangsu Province family have received support from many charity groups and free medical care thanks to the "Clover Action" launched by the Shanghai Charity Foundation and Mobile Television.
