North Korea Vice Premier Starts China Visit

Ro Tu Chol, vice premier of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), arrived in Beijing on Saturday morning for a four-day visit to China.

 

During the visit, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and Vice Premier Zeng Peiyan are expected to meet with him.
