Premier Wen Meets Japanese Guests
Adjust font size:

Premier Wen Jiabao met in Beijing Saturday with a visiting Japanese Dietmen delegation.

The delegation of the Japanese Dietmen's League for Japan-China Friendship is led by its President Komura Masahiko, also former foreign minister.

The league, having 346 dietmen from all Japanese political parties, is an influential and the biggest trans-party dietmen organization in Japan. It is also one of the seven Japan-China friendship organizations.

Wen paid a three-day official visit to Japan from April 11 to 13, which he has described as an "ice thawer" in Sino-Japanese ties following the "ice-breaking" trip by his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe to China last October.
