Shortly after completing the Beijing leg of their Jump the World Tour, Taiwan pop-rock band Mayday on Tuesday moved to Shanghai to promote their October show.

Some 1,200 fans jam-packed their mini concert. It was also where Mayday signed to become the latest endorser for domestic clothing company Kobron.

The company had just donated 100 thousand yuan (US$13,201) on behalf of Mayday to the 2007 Special Olympics, which is due to be held in Shanghai in October.

Mayday performed two nights in Beijing on August 4 and 5. They will next head to North America later this month, playing in Toronto, Vancouver and Los Angeles, before returning to Asia with a show in Tokyo on October 7, then finally wrapping up their tour in Shanghai on October 20.
