Hong Kong Singer Andy Lau performed on Friday in his hometown, one of the several stops on his national concert tour. He has performed in 15 cities over the past four months.

The stage at Hong Kong Stadium was outfitted with a special 700-watt lighting system that cost more than 1 million US dollars, the local newspaper Tungstar reported.

Lau will give 15 more performances in Hong Kong during the Christmas and New Year's holidays, before he begins a worldwide tour.
