Scarlett Johansson has moved in with Canadian boyfriend Ryan Reynolds against her mum's wishes, say reports.

According to the New York Daily News, the actress is in the process of moving her possessions into Reynolds's LA home.

However, her mum Melanie reportedly believes the 23-year-old is too young to live with the Van Wilder star, 31.

A source said: "Scarlett feels she is ready to move in with Ryan and thinks he is the perfect man for her, but her mother thinks she is too young to settle down and is worried she is rushing into things."

It was recently rumoured that the couple were on the brink of getting engaged.
