Most parts of China will experience snow or rain over the next three days, as freezing weather continues, the National Meteorological Center forecast Friday.

Light-to-medium snowfalls, rain or sleet will hit eastern and western parts of Tibet Autonomous Region, eastern parts of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, southern areas of Qinghai Province, eastern and northern areas of northeast China, and most parts of southwest and southern China.

The eastern parts of Tibet and northwestern parts of Yunnan Province will see medium-to-heavy snowfalls or snowstorm in certain areas.

The western parts of Guizhou Province will suffer icy rain.

The cold snap will also bring temperature drops and strong winds to most parts of central and eastern China Friday and Saturday. Temperatures in the region will drop 3 to 6 degrees Celsius or 8 to 10 degrees Celsius.
