Daya Bay Map

The Daya Base includes four nuclear reactors from two plants located in Daya Bay, south China's Guangdong Province.

Built in 1994, the Daya Bay plant is located on Daya Bay in Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, north of Hong Kong, which has two 944 MWe PWR nuclear reactors based on the Framatone ANP French 900 MWe three cooling loop design.

Ling Ao Nuclear Power Plant is located one kilometer north of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant. It was invested by Ling Ao Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (LNP) in 2002.

Ling Ao has two nuclear reactors, 938 MWe PWRs Ling Ao-1 and -2, based on the French 900 MWe three cooling loop design, which started commercial operation in 2002 and 2003.
