China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co. Ltd. and Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd. have teamed up with Australian company CBD Energy Limited to establish the joint venture AusChina Energy Group, Xinhua reports.

The new company will spend 3 billion Australian dollars (about 21 billion yuan) in establishing a wind farm and a solar power plant in Australia in the next three years.
