Unexplained tiredness and anorexia related to lunch

Only 28.1% of the working people will think about nutrition when choosing lunch while 26.7% people just eat what is available, an investigation about the nutrition of the working people's lunch made by Zhaopin.com suggested, the Chengdu Evening News reported.

More than 30% people bring lunch to the working place while nearly 60% have to buy their lunches, among whom 40% will eat with the co-workers in a restaurant and 20% order takeaways.

There are also 1.4% people who do not have lunch.The unexplained tiredness and anorexia of some working people may have something to do with the undernourished lunch they eat, said health expert.

A lunch should include cereal, vegetable, fruit and meat. The expert suggests the best way to have lunch is to eat with the co-workers in a restaurant. In this way you can enjoy a variety of dishes and save costs.
