Editor's Note

The Act of the People's Republic of China on Addressing Climate Change (Draft Proposal), promoted by the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), has been published on www.china.org.cn this Friday. This Sino-Swiss cooperation project is now asking for your opinion on how to amend it. We welcome all suggestions before May 31, 2012. After the amendment, the draft proposal will be submitted to the Legislative Affairs of the State Council and Chinese National Congress through CASS.
