Flash flood hits the northern province of Phrae, cutting a railway track and forcing train services to be suspended on Sunday.
Roads, government offices, temples and houses in a district of Phrae have been submerged, with some areas under one meter deep water.
A section of railway track was swept away, forcing the suspension of train services in the North since 2 a.m. Sunday.
State Railway Office in Phrae responded by providing buses for all the North-bound passengers.
After railway workers continued to fix the damaged rail line ceaselessly, the services finally resumed before noon.
