A 5.3-magnitude earthquake jolted southern Italy in the early hours of Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The quake occurred at 1:05 a.m. Friday (2305 GMT Thursday) with its epicenter at a depth of 3.80 km.
So far, there has been no report of casualties or damage from the quake.
