When patrolling the mountains, Gagya Darma finds a dead wild Tibetan donkey. The local government requires patrollers to turn over dead antelopes' heads and skin to the forest police. Rewards of 20 yuan for a head and 30 yuan for a piece of head are offered to prevent illegal sales. [Photo by Fu Chengkun/CRI]
