Several empty or half loaded cargo ships are seen in the Yangtze River near Nanjing, east China's Jiangsu Province, Oct. 29, 2009. The biggest river in China had set its recorded lowest river level of 3.22 metre in 30 years due to the severe shortage of water from upper reaches, leading to cargo ships sailed in empty load or half load.[Xinhua]
