29 Killed in Coal Mine Blast in Henan

29 people have been killed in a coal mine gas blast in central China's Henan Province.

Six others were injured, and two of them are in critical condition.

The explosion occurred at Xinsheng Coal mine in central city of Ping Dengshan on Thursday at noon.

Rescuers are still searching for survivors, but say the gas density in the mine is still high.
